Located in the heart of Copacabana, Isla's editing room is distinguished by its reach, quality and comfort for a competitive price. 
Reach. The editing room operates in all formats: BetaCam SP, DVCam, Dvd, MiniDV, S-VHS, VHS and also in the modern Hdv. Most of all, we operate in the two main standards, European Pal-G and NTSC. Someone who needs to edit in Pal-G or Pal-G and NTSC in Rio de Janeiro finally has a point of reference here.
Quality. The quality of the edited images is guaranteed by the Avid program and the most modern hardware accelerator, Mojo. It eliminates the video's compression during the raw footage capture process avoiding any quality loss in the following editing regardless of being analogical or digital. The editing computer, custom made in the United States, is a potent Workstation with updated technical features and three hard disks which can store up to 100 hours of footage in DVD/DvCam.
Our editing room is equipt with the latest version of
the famous Adobe software Photoshop, in
order to get the best effects in caption and graphic corrections.
It is also possible to
quickly caption your movie through a special software,
since Isla includes a translation service in the main
languages.
Comfort. Isla believes that quality makes the difference. That's why our editing room is located in a strategic zone in Rio (300 meters ahead of the Siqueira Campos underground station in Copacabana) and is gifted with all comfort: accomodating ergonomic chairs for whom works with editing, air conditioner, couch, mini fridge, cable TV, internet and fax service. Also included for peace of mind two no-break devices guarantee a four-hour autonomy in case there is a black-out.
